Director – Healthcare Recruitment Division
Package up to £75,000 Basic plus Bonuses plus Benefits

An established recruitment company are seeking to recruit a Director to expand their Healthcare Division to become a successful UK wide Healthcare recruiter to the NHS and private care sector.

The Role:

* You will Report to the Managing Director and you will be tasked to deliver on a business plan to build a successful Healthcare team and Division.

* A key part of the role is to build strategic relationships with Senior Decision Makers within the Healthcare sector across the UK.

* Recruit, lead and develop the team to deliver to set targets.

* Lead by example and show the team how to gain competitive advantage.

* Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings and encourage all team members to achieve targets and objectives.

* Coach and train team members on an ongoing basis.

* Attend conferences and networking events.

* Identify new opportunities to achieve and exceed growth objectives.

* You should be passionate about the Healthcare sector in delivering the best possible service to the NHS and the private sector.

* You should be a motivated and a natural leader that inspires others.

Salary Package and Benefits:
