We are looking for a full-time Experienced Recruitment Coordinator with a good knowledge of Health & Social Care Sector in the Milton Keynes area of Buckinghamshire. Recruitment experience is essential, preferably in the Social Care Sector. Being a car driver is also essential for this job.
We are advertising for this Experienced Recruitment Coordinator job on behalf of a fantastic company that provides a minimum of a 1-hours companionship-led call to vulnerable older people who require extra support to help them continue living safely and happily in their own homes. They have achieved “Outstanding in Care” in their latest CQC report. They have also been recognised as one of the top 20 Home Care Groups in 2020, with a score of 9.8/10 by an independent home care review site.
* £21,000 per annum.
* Monday-Friday working 9 am-5.30 pm and approximately on Saturday per month. (You will receive a day in lieu the following week so that it will be a 5-day week).
The job role
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing ongoing sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract, interview, screen, and onboard CAREGivers into the business. You will also assist with networking through social media to pipeline long-term talent for future hires and take ownership of employee engagement and retention strategies.
Other duties include.
* Responsible for interviewing all prospective CAREGivers.
* Manage all aspects of recruitment and ensure compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards.
* Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files.
* Achieve targeted recruitment figures.
* To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives.
Essential Criteria.
You will be self-motivated, organised, resilient, and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be flexible to deliver a responsive recruitment service – this is not your standard 9 to 5 recruitment role.
* Have a Friendly, adaptable communication style and the ability to engage with people both face to face, in writing, or over the telephone.
* Recruitment experience is essential, preferably in the Social Care Sector.
* Experience in preparing and managing recruitment campaigns across all channels.
* Have a flexible and results-driven approach and desire to succeed.
* Have the confidence to work across different systems and maintain accurate records, with excellent attention to detail.
