Working in a small and friendly independent recruitment agency established in 2020, your role will be centered around building excellent relationships with clients and candidates, you don’t have to make sales unless you want to! It’s much more about matching good candidates to great jobs.

Working on either the Temporary or Permanent desk, your skill set with look very similar:

* Know how to keep everyone in the loop with outstanding customer service skills.

* We love to talk and text (although not both at once!) so a good telephone manner.

* We love to get it right first time (well as often as humanly possible) hence a strong attention to detail will be important.

* Know your way around a laptop, if you have the basics, we can teach you the various recruitment databases we use every day.

* If you already know how to interview that’s great, but as long as you have the right attitude, we have experienced people already in place to teach you.
