Recruitment Consultant

Greys Specialist Recruitment has been expanding its teams throughout the recent pandemic and is looking to add more recruiters to its teams.

We are looking for recruiters to work within our specialist teams, we cover the UK and work on Permanent, Temp and Contract roles. Teamwork is important us and the whole team will help you settle into your role and start building.

Working Hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm Fir 9am-5pm.

Salary is negotiable on experience plus uncapped commission.

What you will be doing:
-Creating relationships with new and existing clients
-Creating relationships with candidates
-CV Searching
-Arranging interviews
-Managing Offer negotiations
-Managing on-boarding process
-Aiming for 100% client and candidate satisfaction
