This is a full circle recruitment role where you will be responsible for converting new business and project managing the entire recruitment from start to completion. We are looking for individuals looking for the long-term and growing within an ambitious and entrepreneurial business.

You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy learning, have goals and be commercially aware with reasonable IT Skills.

Skills wise we need a sales led individual that is ambitious and tenacious, self-motivated and driven.

Your CV should demonstrate achievement, loyalty, and above-average performance both inside and outside of work to progress to an interview.

Our commission scheme is easy to understand and generous. You should realistically earn £20K to £40K above your basic salary in your first year.
