Recruitment Consultant, Sales Recruitment, Milton Keynes, £25,000 Basic, £40,000+ with bonuses and commissions. Basic salary will increase to £30K, usually within twelve months upon meeting targets. This is a full circle recruitment role where you will be responsible for converting new business and project managing the entire recruitment from start to completion. We are looking for individuals looking for the long-term and growing within an ambitious and entrepreneurial business.
To apply, you will have sales or telesales experience, which could have been as a part-time or holiday job or perhaps within your 'sandwich year'.
You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy learning, have goals and be commercially aware with reasonable IT Skills.
As a person, you will be intelligent, articulate and engaging with a natural ability to question and gather information.
As this is a challenging role, you will be a confident and forthright character that is passionate, inquisitive, creative, credible, positive, and resilient. An ability to 'think on your feet' and take onboard learning is vital.
Skills wise we need a sales led individual that is ambitious and tenacious, self-motivated and driven.
Your CV should demonstrate achievement, loyalty, and above-average performance both inside and outside of work to progress to an interview.
Our commission scheme is easy to understand and generous. You should realistically earn £20K to £40K above your basic salary in your first year.
