Nightingale services is going national from its MK Office after successful 6 years in the region both in Nursing and Home care. We have already set up our Medical locum agency desk for Hospitals as part of our growth plans.

If you are an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with ambition of reaching director level… WE WANT YOU.

We offer a lucrative contract package including an attractive base salary with a strong commission structure and company car for the high billers!

The desk is 180 or 360 depending on experience with a requirement for independent work, strong time management and high quality client relations.

You as Recruitment Consultant will be required to Recruit ,Service existing clients and Acquire new clients. Our HR Team will support you in compliance requests and follow ups.

Our ideal Nursing Agency Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

* Solid experience either with a 180 or 360 nursing recruitment desk

* The ability to bill and maintain client relations

* Proven track record of successful placements

* Knowledge of Public and Private sector contracts, Neutral vendors and independent Nursing homes

* High organisational and time management skills

* Ambition to become an integral cog in Nightingale Services UK
