Milton Keynes
Basic Salary – Up to £28,000 D.O.E Uncapped Bonus Payments and Benefits Package

My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Senior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join a small friendly team based in Milton Keynes
The Company:
My client is a large independent friendly recruiter that has more than 45 branches in the UK and who promote a positive, fun working environment and encourages staff to think outside the box and run their desk/division like running their own business.
Your new role:
* Continue growing and developing their Industrial desk in their established Milton Keynes branch.
* Building long term working relationships with your clients and candidates
* A clear career path for the right candidate
* Account Management of existing business
* Business Development activities and visiting clients to promote and sell my clients services

* Up to 28k per annum dependant upon experience..

What makes a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant?
* Strong business development skills and strong knowledge of the Industrial sector with experience mainly of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
* Any experience in Industrial recruitment within an agency environment.
* Ability to perform against own targets and KPIs.
* Being able to keep on top of changes in market place and identify new areas of penetration and leads.
* You will need a proven track record in recruitment sales.
* Ambitious to work towards your first management role in the future
* Full driving licence.
