Skills and responsibilities:

To thrive in our offices, you will need:

Outstanding verbal and written communication;
Excellent telephone manner, with experience achieving dial rates and talk time KPIs;
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Doctors;
Excellent negotiating skills, ensuring offers and terms of Business are best suited to the Doctor's needs;
A genuine desire to develop your own knowledge and skills;
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills; and
Experience in a 360 recruitment approach, ensuring procedures are completed from start to finish every time.
