Recruitment Consultant –Perms – Finance – up to £45k + comm. Flexible on location / Work-from-Home. Warm Perms Accountancy and Finance desk covering Transactional and Part Qualified roles. Looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who excels at generating and building client relationships through a consultative sales approach. This role offers the ability to work from home with 1 /2 days per fortnight in the office in Milton Keynes. You can be office based if preferred.

PACKAGE – Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy

* Basic salary up to £45k (depending on experience)

* Monthly commission structure

* Experienced Recruitment Consultant from a Accountancy / Finance background

* Able to self-manage without KPI’s and helicopter management

* Comfortable with remote working

* Capable of building strong client and candidate relationships
