Trusted- Associates are a multi sector recruitment company specialising in the supply of construction temporary workers to all manner of different jobs and clients across the West Midlands.

We are looking for 1 or 2 individuals to join our established team in the capacity of a consultant and join us on what will be a very exciting couple of years ahead which will involve expanding the team.

We'll consider all levels of experience so whether you are one of the region’s biggest billers or someone just has got into recruitment please get in touch.

What we are looking for:

* Experienced Recruiter, you would focus on Contract and permanent roles within the Construction sector. Your territory is vast and as such you could carve out a business which suits your skills and passion.

* Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling

* Candidate management, including sourcing and networking activities

* Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships
