Recruitment Consultant – 180 Candidate Focused – Industrial
Location – Milton Keynes
Salary – £20,000-£23,000 basic + Excellent commission structure up to 16 percent.
Full time – Permanent – Monday – Friday, no sales, no weekends and no on-call!

Are you an experienced service recruitment Consultant that prefers the candidate management side rather than sales? Are you looking to further your career with a forward thinking, agile business?
My client have continued to expand and open new branches during these tough times and they have adapted to the recent market changes, offering unrivalled support to all their dedicated clients . Due to securing a large national contract in the Northampton area they are now seeking an experienced 180 recruiter to join their busy Milton Keynes branch.
Responsibilities
* Source, screen and register candidates from the Industrial and Driving sectors
* Ensure that each candidate is 100% compliant in line with client SLA
* Obtain documentation from each candidate to meet compliance standards.
* Ensure that documentation does not expire and all soon to expire documentation is renewed and replaced to ensure that candidates can continue to work.
* Confirm availability from active working candidates.
* Book candidates into shifts at short notice to meet client demands.
* Check in with candidates to ensure that they will be attending/have attended work and make sure they are happy and if they need any support.
* Ensure that completed time sheets are received and signed by the client.
* Recruiting new industrial temporary staff through various methods and channels.
