We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, target-driven Recruitment Consultant to join an established and fast-paced agency recruiting for the medical sector. This role is based in Milton Keynes and the salary is £18,000 – £40,000 depending on experience with the opportunity to earn £35,000 – £100,000 OTE.

Our client is a modern, successful healthcare recruitment business focused on placing doctors and nurses into the NHS and private sector. They are looking for confident, proactive trainees as well as experienced consultants to join the team. As a consultant, your primary role will be to build rapport with both Doctors and clients, ensuring you find the right candidate for the right role. 

This is a highly target-driven role where you'll need the confidence and ability to make lots of calls to recruit the best people. In return, you'll be offered a very competitive commission structure and an excellent starting salary.
  
Experience is not essential but the desire to hit the phone in order to meet target is. This is an organisation focused on growth where you'll be given the opportunity to develop a lasting career and grow with the company. 
 
Working hours are 8:30 to 5:30 with an early finish on Fridays.
