The Role:

* Maintaining an already established driving desk of existing business through solid client relationship building and maintenance

* Growing and maximising all opportunities on your desk through identifying opportunities to increase supply and through new business sales both on the phone and face-to-face

* Building solid, long term relationships with both candidates and clients alike to ensure fantastic customer service and repeat business

* Some on-call (divided equally across the whole team) will be required – this is currently extremely minimal due to the solid structure already in place

What our client is looking for:

* Minimum 12 months recruitment experience is essential within the driving/logistics sector

* Proven experience in making sales calls and negotiating contracts

* Ability to develop new and existing business opportunities across an array of clients

* Confidence to maintain and develop strong working relationships with both candidates and clients alike

* Drive and enthusiasm to learn and succeed

* Own car and driving licence are essential to succeed in this role

* Up to £35K basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped bonus
