Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full 360 runnings of your own recruitment desk, supported by an experienced leadership team. It's a role that will see you: 

Working with clients and building trustworthy relationships to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organisational goals
Growing new business for your desk, supported by a dedicated marketing function
Cross-selling different sectors
Researching your client's company, competitors, and marketplace
Developing and implementing strategies based on the client’s needs
Defining job description and document specifications
Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Creating a candidate persona for each open position
Conducting confidential interviews
Following-up references
Presenting shortlisted candidates and detailed candidate profile summaries
Researching and developing recruiting leads
Developing a sustainable candidate lead strategy Requirements

We're seeking a motivated and driven individual, with 2+ years of experience in recruiting in a 360 environment. You are also:

As passionate about recruitment as we are. We love what we do!
A great communicator. You can just about explain anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating on the phone and in writing
Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and you have good knowledge of candidates' selection methods
A quick thinker. If problems arise you don’t get flustered easily. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it
As comfortable working independently as you are with a great team Like the sound of this so far? Wait, there's more!

This is a hybrid role. All our team work some days in the office and some days from home, we also finish at 5!
