We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our award winning branch in Milton Keynes
A successful candidate will be focused, personable and will take this opportunity to carve their future within a competitive industry.

This role involves a 360 approach to recruitment, which means you will focus on generating new business along with development of existing business. You will also be driving your own candidate attraction.

Full training is provided, but this role will require you to be a go getter!

*New business sales calls
*Negotiating contracts
*Developing relationships with new and existing clients
*Face to face sales and service meetings
*Screening candidates and matching them to roles
*Advertising vacancies
*Building relationships with candidates
*Holding bespoke assessment centres
*Working towards set targets and KPI's
