Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Milton Keynes. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary.
About the role:
The Recruitment Consultant is required to focus on all candidates as well as to have a full understanding of the compliance, payroll and booking processes.
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
– Build an effective understanding of working relationships with candidates via the telephone in order to build customer confidence in the company’s ability to fulfil their availability for agency assignments
– Ensure appropriate levels of telephone manner are adhered to and maintained including post placement aftercare and customer service to keep avoidable candidate attrition to a minimum
– Ensuring all candidate information and contact is recorded and updated accurately and in a timely manner onto the company’s CRM system in order to ensure full company visibility
– Ensure candidates become and remain compliant to the Company standards and enhanced framework compliance standards
– Internally promote candidate requirements, availability and interests to colleagues in order to ensure the candidate receives the best service from the company
– Ensure the most appropriate vacancies are promoted to all relevant candidates’ company-wide with the best interests of the client, candidates and company in mind
– Effectively use database searches to find potential candidates
– Take responsibility for the compliance standards of our working nurses
– Complete checklists and compliance packs for various site locations
– Phone and update old working nurses list every 2 weeks
– To phone outside of 2-week rule list
– Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the Company
What they require in their Recruitment Consultant:
– Level 2 (C or above) in Maths and English
– Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
– Tenacious and resilient
– Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
– Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
– Appropriate verbal and written communication skills
– IT Literate
