We are recruiting for an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Co-Ordinator to manage the on-site account for temporary to permanent and permanent placements based in Milton Keynes.

The key attributes that we are looking for are:

* Minimum of 2 years experience in Account / Service Management

* Experience of managing high volume accounts

* Ability to communicate with people at all levels

* Fully competent with the use of Word, Excel and Outlook

The successful candidate will be involved in managing and delivering recruitment and on-boarding activities for the permanent side of the business:

Duties would include:

* Reviewing CV’s sent to you from the Central Resource Team

* Inviting candidates for face to face interview

* Compliance checks

* Arrange interviews with Line Managers

* Arrange site tours

* Full on-boarding process

* Liaise and build exceptional Client relationships

* This role will involve a partially flexible schedule of work.
