Your new role
As a Recruiter you will manage the candidate and job process. Utilising your sales expertise, you will manage existing client relationships, source and liaise with candidates, complete a thorough candidate compliance process, advertise current roles and utilise our market leading database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions within Schools across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire. Due to the high-performance culture at Hays, you will be required to meet monthly KPI's and targets and you will receive the full support of your Manager to ensure these are achieved.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a determined and tenacious individual who is driven by success. It is important that you can demonstrate that you are ambitious, sales driven and thrive in a corporate sales environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with your clients and candidates and have a thirst for knowledge to develop your expertise in your specialist area. An understanding of the Education sector may be beneficial, but is not essential.
