People Operations Manager

c£45-55k DOE

We are working with growing Tech business who now require dedicated full-time HR support and management. The role will work with both UK and US teams working closely with the CEO and COO, both based in the UK.

As their sole HR Manager you would be responsible for the provision of HR advice, guidance and administration, ensuring the Company adheres to HR policies and procedures, and remains compliant with UK employment legislation. You will also work with the Leadership team to set people initiatives and strategies to support the business growth plans. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone to develop their commercial experience in a small but ambitious company.

I would love to hear from you if you have the following:

A broad generalist HR Management background, preferably from a stand-alone role having key responsibility and accountability for all areas of HR
Ability to work autonomously supporting a range of stakeholders to CEO level
A highly adaptable style who can proactively support and advise on a range of people issues and matters
Experience in a small business with ambitious growth plans
