SF Recruitment are working exclusively with an exciting SME based in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on some exciting HR projects around people development, and wellbeing.
Salary – circa £30,000
Sponsorship of CIPD Level 5 (if required) £3,700
Role:
– First point of contact for all general HR queries, providing initial advice to managers and staff
– Processing changes and issuing contractual paperwork
– Working with Head of People to deliver HR & Learning and Development projects
– Coach, support and motivate employees to develop and enhance individual and team performance
– Support delivery and implementation of key people strategy initiatives
– Provide accurate data and produce management information
– Working on a range of activities; culture and engagement, wellbeing, EDI, pay and reward and ER
– Coordination of recruitment
– Update company policies
– Supporting and developing wellbeing initiatives
– Support managers with complex cases, such as disciplinaries grievances, absence management and performance issues
– Coordinate payroll and employee records
Required:
– Proactive approach
– Ability to priorities with a flexible attitude
– Experience of working with iTrent HRIS advantageous
