We are currentky looking for a Compliance and Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in our Milton Keynes office.
The role will entail:
* Processing weekly and monthly payroll runs
* Responding to Payroll queries
* Responding to incoming emails to the department
* Escalating issues to other members of the team as required
* Updating internal HR and Payroll systems
* HR Administration duties such as sending contracts, letters and updates to employees
* Payroll administration duties such as investigating pay queries, checking timesheets and payslips are correct
* Reviewing, amending and approving compliance information against set measurements.
* Carry out and manage data.
* Maintain records in line with policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
* Assist with non-conformance report investigations.
* Other ad hoc projects / activities as required.
To be considered for this role you will need:
* A keen eye for detail.
* A background in administrative roles including document / data handling.
* Excellent IT skills
The role is office based, working Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 5.30pm each day.
