About the role:
As our Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing a timely and accurate payroll for payment to employees on a 4-weekly basis.
The main responsibilities of our Payroll Administrator include:
Creating and maintaining employee payroll records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
Identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies in time and payroll records
Answering employee queries regarding wages, deductions and time records
Providing assistance to colleagues as and when required
Adhering to internal policies and compliance to legislation
Honouring confidentiality of employee pay records
What we are looking for in our Payroll Administrator:
Experience of working in a data entry role
Attention to detail
Accurate typing and record-keeping skills
The ability to work to deadlines
Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel
Organisational skills
Good verbal communication skills
