ONSITE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR – Milton Keynes
2 x shifts available –
Tuesday to Saturday (Apply online only)
Sunday to Thursday (Apply online only)
£12.00phr working on a Temp to Perm basis
Overview
Reporting to the Onsite Account Manager, our Onsite Account Coordinators are responsible for supporting an existing account whilst working alongside established an onsite team.
General
Supporting account manager with daily site management
Manage day-to-day fulfilment
Assisting in running inductions and supporting new starters
Meeting new starters and guide site tours
Working on candidate attraction through various forms of advertising and social media
Screening of candidates for interview
Liaise and update branch with any new bookings
Responsible for candidate compliance – checking the eligibility to work in the UK documents prior to inductions
Experience
The successful candidate will recognise the challenges that come in this demanding and face-paced arena, the role requires adaptability, flexibility, the ability to communicate well at all levels using good data and knowledge.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills
Computer skills essential – excel
Accuracy and attention to the detail
