The JFR Group are searching for a Onsite Contract Manager to join our growing Food specialist recruitment agency, Just Food Recruitment in a 180 resourcing and delivery role.

Onsite Contract Manager:

Following a number of major contract wins, Just Food Recruitment are searching for an experienced contract manager to work onsite at our clients factory to manage the recruitment process for circa 100+ factory operatives on a permanent basis, and in the future to manage the temporary operative business onsite.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

2+ years of experience within Recruitment and ideally in a resourcing/Onsite model
Exposure to Permanent, Interim and Temp Recruitment would be ideal.
A successful track record of working within a fast moving recruitment environment
Knowledge of the food sector or the FMCG sector would be ideal but not essential.
Understanding of the Operative market place, be it food, warehousing or manufacturing is essential
