Onboarding & Compliance Partner

Permanent

Location: Remote, 9/10 days (required in the office once every other week)

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000pa DOE

The Client:

Our Client, a Recruitment Company based near Aylesbury, are looking to hire an Onboarding & Compliance Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a superb opportunity for an organised individual with experience in Recruitment or HR, that is looking to move into a more logistical, administrative role within Recruitment.

The Role:

* Liaising with the Finance, Sales and Quality & Compliance Teams.

* Delivering excellent customer service and acting as the first point of contact.

* Ensure all processes run efficiently.

* Maintain the company database

* Onboard contractors and manage the PSL of umbrella companies.

The Requirement:

* A competent understanding of IR35

* Outstanding customer service and communication skills

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Previous Recruitment experience or strong HR experience
