ACS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work on-site with our prestigious client. The main purpose of this role is to effectively service client requirements with the provision of supply of temporary labour.
Alongside the internal Resource Hub, you will attract, on-board and manage candidates on site, providing a dedicated end to end service to both our candidates and the client.
Within the On Sites Division, you will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities within allocated accounts and ensure exemplary management of temporary workforce within their client's operation.
Responsibilities:-
Grow, maintain, and leverage your knowledge of your clients
Effectively report, support and share knowledge with the wider acs team, ensuring effective communication and work flow
Identify potential opportunities, and the decision makers within the client organisation o Highlight any potential issues within the client and manage effectively
Set up meetings between decision makers
Work with the team to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Be available to check in all temporary workers at the start of each shift
Liaise with client on pre-peak planning
Identify candidate training requirements
Input into KPI reports
Use candidate database to match right person to vacancies
Receive and review applications by registering and interviewing candidates.
Brief candidates on responsibilities of role they match to
Prepare CV's/Profiles and liaise with client regarding suitability (where applicable)
Organise interviews of candidates as required. Inform candidates of results of interviews
Effectively manage candidate database and availability of pool
Work towards and exceed targets in relation to candidates placed
Effectively manage labour requirements.What you will need …
Good business acumen
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Negotiation, persuasion and closing
Effective planning of client and candidate base.
Meeting goals and objectives
Self-motivated, positive attitude and a high degree of initiative
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Experience in a customer service environment
Good levels of written English and use of Microsoft Office
Knows how the business works and how their role fits within it
Can negotiate skilfully in tough situations, can settle differences with little noise, can win concessions without damaging relationships.
