A chartered Occupational Psychologist with experience of setting up recruitment assessment programmes is required for an initial 12 month contract for a major rail organisation based in Central Milton Keynes.

The projects the consultant will be working on include the redesign of a recruitment assessment process for key safety critical staff in railway, plus supporting other recruitment assessment initiatives.

Successful candidate will have chartered Occupational Psychologist status with BPS as well as registered Psychometric test user and experience of developing recruitment assessment projects, ideally in complex organisations.

This role is for a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited company contractors.
