Full time – 36.5 hours per week
£24,114 per annum

About the role:
The L&D Coordinator will provide a professional and effective Learning and Development (L&D) administration provision for our client, by supporting the team with coordinating events, supporting in house facilitation and project work, and ensuring colleagues have the appropriate skills to deliver high business results and achieving organisational goals.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who has ambition, is keen to own what they do and wants to learn new skills.

Experience of computerised HR, Learning Management systems and reporting systems

Experience of working effectively within a team environment

Business administration experience in a busy office environment

Strong numeracy skills and experience of tracking and cross-referencing and reporting financial data

Experience of working within a customer facing environment

An interest in Learning and Development and developing people
*
A passion for all things digital – They’re looking to take a lot of their training online so someone who can help them to take this from paper to digital, can continuously review and improve systems and can identify where things can be streamlined would be perfect for our client!
