About The Role

The Leadership Development Business Partner is an exciting role within our award-winning People Development Team. The focus of this role is primarily on ensuring that our people who manage and lead people feel confident, knowledgeable and skilled in carrying out their roles across our business, in order that they can consistently and compassionately support the delivery of kind, personalised care and support, to the individuals we care for in our homes.

The role is integral to creating a culture of learning, performance, continual professional growth and impactful, effective, compassionate leadership. It provides an opportunity for you to work consultatively with business stakeholders and external providers to develop and deliver value for money, innovative and impactful learning programmes aligned to HC-One values and mission.

The scope of the role includes using your learning and development expertise to input into and lead on organisational wide projects linked to leading people and developing talent.

This role is flexible on location and will involve travel across the UK.

About You

You are a confident communicator who creates credible and professional relationships at all levels. You have experience in designing and facilitating high quality learning resources, using appropriate technology to present a blended approach which delivers quality and value for money.

You are enthusiastic and passionate about developing others to reach their potential and recognise the value that effective, authentic collaboration brings in terms of engagement.

You have experience of applying all aspects of the training cycle and translating leadership and management theory into practical, inspiring learning content.

With a Training / Teaching qualification, and ideally CIPD qualified, you will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of developing and facilitating leadership sessions and programmes within a large and complex organisational setting.
