An exciting opportunity has become available to join our growing team, supporting local businesses to recruit in our Industrial space.
We are looking for someone who ideally would love a career in Recruitment and who is either a Graduate or Trainee with a background in retail or sales.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and someone who enjoys speaking with people to help them to find their ideal roles.
You will need to be heavily customer service orientated. The ideal candidate must be able to not only form but also maintain relationships with Clients, Customers and also the team members they work with.
This role is 100% based in the office.
Salary is £22K
Duties and Responsibilities
• Use computer systems and web tools to research and develop your network and discover good candidates
• Communicate effectively with candidates (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences)
• Keep accurate records of all interactions on the database (CRM)
• Understand the candidate’s motivations and control the recruitment process
• Demonstrate your understanding of industry career progression and the range of roles
• Arrange and attend Candidate meetings and interviews
• Create your own individual business plan, knowing how to hit your milestones
