Vacancy Description
A great opportunity for a Junior Analyst at TXM Group HQ. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and evaluating weekly and monthly reports and data analysis. You will work closely with our analyst team to provide a first-class service to internal and external stakeholders.
Main responsibilities and duties
* Deliver accurate reports for internal & external stakeholders.
* Preparing and evaluating weekly and monthly MI reports for internal/external stakeholders.
* Responsibility for data analysis/variances and production of bespoke reports in excel.
* Reports/process improvement.
* Data compiling from numerous data sources including excel spreadsheets, CRM’s, Financial Software’s and PowerBI data sets.
* 1st line response to required reports and queries.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel to an advanced standard and experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage. They need to be able to meet tight deadlines, have good attention to detail and be well organised. The candidate will need to be able to work well as part of team and on their own initiative with good communication skills.
