Experienced IT Perms Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant- IT Sector
Working from home 3/4 days per week
Up to £28,000 basic plus bonus on top and car or car allowance
Opportunity to work towards a Divisional Manager role

My client is a very large independent recruiter that has more than 35 branches around the UK as well as Equity Partners and due to their aggresive growth plans they now have an opportunity for an experienced Perms Recruiter within the IT sector to join their established Perms Division in Milton Keynes.This is your chance to build your career with great people. THE OPPORTUNITY
My client is now seeking a focussed, hungry experienced perms recruiter that would like to build and grow a desk/division within the IT sector and build a team of consultants around them in the future.
THE CANDIDATE
If you're an experienced recruiter within IT & Technology, and a proven track record of successfully building your own portfolio of new businesses then this is the opportunity for you.The ideal candidate must be an experienced 360/ business developer and be confident that they can grow and build a desk within the perms IT sector, you will have full autonomy to make all decisions and you can work from home three to four days a week and go into the Milton Keynes branch for meetings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Recruitment experience in an IT & Technology environment – recruiting software developers and Infrastructure engineers.
* Creative approach to resourcing outside of the traditional methods, including head hunting, seeking referrals etc.
* The ability to generate market information and leads.
* Excellent relationship building skills, across all levels, both internally and externally
* You're known for your professional approach and you don't need KPI's to motivate you to achieve your goals.

THE PACKAGE
My client wishes to attract the best recruiters in the industry so will pay up to 28K basic with a company car or car allowance D.O.E plus a great commission structure which is uncapped, flexible working hours and a very supportive management team.
