Due to a sudden increase in workload we're looking to recruit an IT recruitment consultant who can hit the ground running and show a decent billing history, realistically we'd expect a minimum of 18 months experience.
At this point we're open to PURE DELIVERY consultants; we're fortunate to have some very active partners and all are in serious growth phases so plenty of work to get stuck into immediately. Naturally, if you had desires to build your own desk we can support that from day 1 or 12-18 months into your career.
The majority of our requirements are in tech so we need someone with proven experience in tech recruitment but this can be agency or inhouse; due to the services we offer we have the need for delivery across all of our markets and can utilise your skills as an agency recruiter, experience as an inhouse recruiter or a combination of the two.
We'd expect you to have experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack, Git, usual job boards and be confident on delivering on high level tech positions.
We can offer full training on tools you've never used, full access to all of our products and give you every opportunity to hit the ground running to deliver on our positions. As an established tech agency we're well set up for remote working so as long as you live in the UK we can onboard quickly and get you upto speed in a matter of days.
Our preference is to a local candidate (we are in Milton Keynes) but we are open to UK based recruiters who are looking for a fully remote role.
