Our International Division was set up back in 2009 to support ID Medical with targeting the world's best healthcare talent to address shortages within the UK domestic labour market.
The primary focus of our division is to source high level medical professionals from the global labour market to address the circa deficit of 10,000 doctors and 40,000 nurses in the UK.
Through on-going investment in attending medical conferences across the globe and strategic partnerships we have an established database of over 18,000 doctors that support in applying for over 80% of the roles we receive in an immediate timeframe.
With over 400 permanent roles available to our international candidates at any time, we have developed an industry leading reputation as the go to agency for our clients permanent and international recruitment needs.
Following this success, we are now looking to the next phase of growth in order to expand our business, develop our people, and strengthen and diversify our service offering significantly, in order to be the leading international recruitment agency in the UK.
Your objective
To ensure that ID Medical is an international doctors first choice of agency through outstanding service, maximising all opportunities to place Doctors into the right roles at the right time.
Your Responsibilities
Develop relationships with new and existing Doctors growing and expanding the database;
Prioritise your time on revenue generating activities and build a sales pipeline;
Identifying and executing opportunities to acquire new Doctors through headhunting, referrals, database and conferences ;
Propose solutions for Doctors, liaising with the client team in order to maximise opportunities and generate revenue, ensuring all parties are kept informed;
Ensure Doctors are given the best practice throughout each stage of the process, setting out each step clearly increasing the likelihood of a successful outcome;
To accurately record all contact with Doctors into our CRM system (Eclipse);
Ensuring the doctor arrives on time for the forecasted date allowing for accurate invoicing;
Meet monthly agreed targets based on billings and invoicing along with KPIs based on:
Dial rates and call time
Quantity of CVs sent out
Quantity and value of confirmation, new registrations and terminations
Percentage of vacancies filled for key contracts;
Negotiate offers with doctors in order to create a successful placement;
Ensure that all booking procedures are completed by regularly staying in contact with the doctor after the placement has been made;
Ensuring that all CVs, confirmations and written communication leaving the business are correct and accurate;
Promote the registration of new or existing Doctors on the ID Medical website;
To ensure accurate and concise communication of the status of any Doctors you are working with to your team manager and client team;
To manage a positive presence on the desk – motivating yourself and others and to work together as a team with your colleagues and provide full support to your team manager;
To review agreed objectives/action plan on a monthly basis to ensure they are reflective of evolving business requirements.
