About the Internal Recruitment Specialist role:
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. We are seeking a professional, engaging and forward-thinking recruiter, who is looking for a fast-paced and challenging internal recruitment role.
Working in a busy HR department, you will take responsibility for our robust recruitment process whilst providing an effective recruitment function to both DEKRA Automotive and it’s other UK companies and our clients to meet the needs of the business.
In addition to this you will be responsible for:
* Managing all vacancies and the end-to-end recruitment/candidate cycle
* Writing and creating of dynamic and attractive advertising
* CV screening against the specific brief alongside proactive sourcing on social media
* Conducting HR telephone interviews and arranging second stage interviews
* Maintaining the applicant tracking system
* Arrange and provide feedback on candidates psychometric assessments
* Organising & facilitating Assessment Centres and developing assessment materials
* Communicating and building relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts
* Reporting successes and being able demonstrate and guide managers to follow a successful recruitment process.
Essential Experience:
* A wealth of experience in recruitment; either internal/agency environment
* Good judgement and decision-making skills with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving
* Proven experience of project managing a variety of recruitment campaigns simultaneously from start to finish with minimum supervision
* Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to use MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level
* Forward thinking, team player.
* Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of legislation around recruitment
* Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a passion for recruitment and finding the right person for each role.
