Job title: Internal Recruitment Resourcer

Department: Internal Recruitment

Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Summary:

The Internal Recruitment Resourcer will:

* Collaborate with hiring managers to create a steady flow of talent into the business

* Be proactive in identifying candidates for current and future job roles

* Sourcing and screening of candidates

Main tasks and responsibilities:

* Build a talent pool network within our local markets

* Create talent pools to target/access less obvious and higher quality candidates

* Develop and maintain pools of internal and external talents

* Call candidates / applicants to screen them for suitable roles

* Write job adverts

* Establish candidate pipelines

* Seek and act upon constructive feedback on recruitment process and practices as part of continuous improvement

* Administer job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies

* Manage the posting of job vacancies using reliable and the best performing recruitment channels / platforms

* Execute recruitment social media communication in accordance with HR and other existing branding/marketing guidelines

Person Specification:

Knowledge and experience:

* Prior experience in a resourcing / recruitment role

* Must be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

* Ability to cope well under pressure

* Have strong organisation skills

* Must be able to communicate effectively with all employees across the Group
