Internal Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire (Flexible working possible)
Salary: £23K – £28K Depending on experience
Contract: up to 12 months FTC

Due to increase in business, we have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
Working in a busy HR department, you will support the Recruitment Business Partner in providing an effective recruitment function to DEKRA UK, its 5 entities and clients.
This is a varied, fast paced role but with a forward thinking, can-do attitude, very rewarding – plus you’ll get to work with some of the world’s leading automotive brands, not to mention a great team!
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Internal Recruitment Coordinator:
* Managing the candidate recruitment cycle
* Writing and creating of dynamic and attractive advertising
* CV screening against the specific brief alongside proactive sourcing on social media
* Conducting first stage telephone interviews ensuring all compliance questions are documented accurately
* Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Arrange and provide feedback on candidate’s psychometric assessments
* Organising final interviews and ensuring interview materials are updated and relevant
* Communicating and building relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts
* Reporting successes and being able demonstrate and guide managers to follow a successful recruitment process.
Essential Experience:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to build rapport with a variety of personalities
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Ability to use MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level
* Forward thinking, team player, if you have an idea we want to hear it!
* Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
* Proactive and can-do attitude to working.
