An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join the HR team of a highly successful and dynamic UK / International business with their Head Office located in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of vacancies across the UK. Ability to multi-task and work simultaneous vacancies is crucial.
Key Features and Responsibilities:
1.1 With oversight from the Head of Human Resources, develop and implement the recruitment strategy for the Group
1.2 Develop successful attraction strategies including all social media (including industry networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CV libraries) proactively identifying candidates matching requested specifications
1.3 Liaise with the Group Marketing department and Head of HR to promote employer brand, work on projects to enhance the business brand and ensure all recruitment initiatives are published and communicated
1.4 Create and upload relevant advertisements across various effective platforms, including the internal website, ensuring responses are managed professionally, as well as continuously researching and investigating the best avenues to communicate and advertise Group vacancies
1.5 Ensure any agency usage is authorised and escalated to the Head of HR
1.6 Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle of all Group vacancies including drafting effective job descriptions and person specifications, processing and checking recruitment requisitions, sourcing, and screening CVs / candidates, scheduling, and conducting candidate interviews providing constructive feedback to hiring managers
1.7 Oversee the offer process, ensuring application forms are fully completed
1.8 Scheduling monthly meetings, where appropriate, with hiring managers and business directors to ensure they are kept up to date with all live vacancies and stages of the recruitment process
1.9 Investigate and research recruitment best practice, procedures, and legislation in order to meet organisational recruitment needs, communicating any updates to the HR team
1.10 Managing and updating candidate applicant records on the Company HR system, ensuring it’s accurate and up to date
While this role is primarily home based, the job holder will be required to attend Head Office as required, as well as travel across the UK to meet with Hiring Managers and conduct interviews (approx. once a week). This travel may require staying away from home which must be previously authorised by the Head of HR and will be at the Company’s expense within published guidelines.
This job offers quarterly commission and an annual bonus as well as other generous company benefits
