Internal Recruiter, Lovely Technology Company in Milton Keynes,  2 Days per week home working including, Up to £36,000 + Benefits, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with very strong option to transition into a permanent role, ASAP Start

Overview of the Internal Recruiter:

Reporting into the UK Talent Acquisition Lead, the Internal Recruiter will support the recruitment needs across the UK.

the Internal Recruiter will actively seeking out talent across a variety of online platforms, reviewing CV's and carrying out initial interviews before  passing them the hiring manager.

You will communicate with a broad pool of active/passive candidates and internal employees so having a good ability to connect with candidates at all levels is key.

Duties Continued:

Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities you are hiring for
Screening candidates for specific roles
Ad-hoc admin duties
Managing the process from interview to offer stage
Prepare candidates for Interviews
Network and advertise to potential candidates
Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
Representing the business at recruitment events and exhibitions
Interviewing candidates via telephone and video

Whats in your DNA?

Experience in sourcing sales, commercial and or technical candidates across a variety of platforms, ideally your experience will have been gained in either an internal or external (recruitment agency) function.

You need to be confident with excellent interpersonal skills with good organisational skills, you will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
