Overview of the Internal Recruiter:
This is one of those rare positions where you will truly help to shape and develop the recruitment function as well as also staying hands on with recruitment. This global technology led organisation are looking for a Internal Recruiter to help shape and improve its current Talent function.
The Internal Recruiter will report into The Head of HR
Key responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter:
Be responsible for providing world class end to end candidate and line management recruitment experience experiences – managing all activity, both internal, external and referrals through our hiring processes
Partner and manage relationships with key stakeholders, understand the requirements of roles and the company culture to ensure good candidate fit.
Think creatively and implement a programme to build the company employer brand and talent attraction methods in the external market.
Work with to manage & onboard PSL agencies to deliver specialist talent requirements.
Develop and implement a quarterly workforce planning approach to inform proactive hiring activity where appropriate
Source candidates – post roles internally and externally, utilise job boards, social media and online resources to engage and contact appropriate candidates.
Carry out initial applicant screening for roles, including CV sifting, telephone interviews and all candidate communication including feedback.
Hold others accountable for fulfilling their steps in the hiring process.
Develop and produce timely and accurate management information for the organisation to inform decision making on all staffing and management recruitment including new entry programmes.
Work with the Head of HR and the Global Talent Team to develop and then take responsibility for the delivery of emerging talent recruitment plans and ensure that recruitment assessment centres are delivered on time, in full and within budget.
Develop and implement best practice selection and assessment techniques to support all new entry recruitment activity, including the use of appropriate assessment tools.
Actively seek opportunities to continuously improve recruitment service provision and ensure that the company remains abreast of industry changes and best practice
Provide recruitment expertise to specific projects as required i.e. apprentice recruitment, assessment centre development.
Whats in your DNA ?
Proven experience of working in in-house recruitment team
Experience of recruiting Sales, Product and Technology type roles will be a strong advantage to the position
Working with the WorkDay CRM system is also an advantage to the role (not essential though)

Effective communicator with internal stakeholders, external agencies and candidates
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Strong ability to make it happen and deliver exceptional results under tight timelines
