Then this is the perfect role for you! You'll be recruiting sales people for my client, a flourishing professional services firm right in the heart of MK.

This job would suit someone who has been resourcing for bulk recruitment – you might have been working for an agency, or in house, or part of an RPO.

You will be sourcing CVs and screening applications, speaking with candidates and arranging interviews, striving to hit the target number of hires each month.

Location: Milton Keynes – commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Banbury, etc.

Salary: £25,000 + Bonus

Benefits: Pension, 25 Days' Holiday (+ Bank Hols)

Hours: Flexible start and finish times available, also the option to work from home 2 or 3 days per week

Part of a small recruitment and HR team, you'll have plenty of support around you to help learn the role and ensure you are successful.

Experience in a similar volume recruitment position is essential, but we are totally open to industry and types of roles you have been recruiting for.

As long as you are confident dealing with candidates, and can rise to the challenge of finding the number and quality of people required for these sales roles.

This role would suit someone perhaps who has been an on-site account manager for a warehouse, or an agency resourcer for contact centre, telesales, or similar.
