Internal Account Manager, Professional Business Services, £25,000 Basic rising to £30,000 across year one upon meeting targets with on target earnings exceeding £40,000 in year one. You don't have a lot of sales experience? That's okay! We will train you. We can teach skills, but we can't teach hunger and a positive attitude.
We are looking for
Intelligence – a degree will be helpful, but the ability to 'think on your feet' and take quick action is what we need.
Strength of Character – a never give up kind of attitude, and your CV should demonstrate this. Perhaps you have played sport at a high level or represented your school in debating competitions, were involved in the Student Union, led charity fundraising campaigns or something similarly 'outstanding' like working for charities on a volunteer basis, climbing mountains, undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh or similar awards, etc. As you can probably tell, we are looking for an achiever with a 'zest for life'. A vital part of the interview process will be on your attitude, aspirations, and determination to get ahead in life.
A Great Communicator – a brilliant relationship builder that can quickly and naturally engage with people.
Ambition – someone who is exceptionally goal-oriented with a 'can do' attitude-someone who is happy to be out of their comfort zone occasionally.
Coachability – A self-motivated individual who wants to learn, grow, and be their best.
First off, this is not a typical recruitment environment, and our office gecko, Mister Lattimore, is a testament to this! We have steadily grown since 2007 and specialise in executive sales recruitment. We place salespeople across all levels and offer a unique recruitment service with true differentiators. Sales recruitment is more about matching personality, character and sales approach than just experience and qualifications. Hence, it's very busy, fast-paced and we like to think, significantly more enjoyable than other industry sectors.
Whilst previous recruitment experience is not required, a positive and success led attitude is imperative. Our commission scheme is easy to understand and generous. You should realistically earn £15K to £25K above your basic salary in your first year.
