Our client has a permanent, full time vacancy for a HR Business Partner to ensure the operational end to end practices, processes and policies for the end to end employee life cycle are embedded in day to day HR interactions, presenting knowledge, advised and skilled interpretation to ensure consistency aligned to business needs.
The Role
* Partner with the business functional leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions aligned to BAU and transformation activity.
* Support organisation effectiveness by developing, validating and implementing solutions aligned to strategy.
* Expand leadership awareness of HR processes and systems to strengthen people management.
* Ensure the mechanics of HR work to deliver efficiency and effectiveness for the teams.
* Ensure that policies, procedures and practices designed to support the employee life cycle are effectively and consistency implemented to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements
Extensive experience of operating in a HRBP model with full understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) and CIPD qualified.
Strong analytical skills, professional and commercial acumen, with strong senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Proactive in the management of people centric data, interpreting and utilising data to support HR initiatives and practices.
Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure
