HRBP BPR (Business Process Re-design)

The Role:
Reporting to, and working closely with, the HRD for the Components Division of our client's business, this role provides dedicated support to the group wide BPR programme in delivering business objectives, a programme designed to standardise all transactional business process from Procurement to Customer Delivery, utilising deployment of the new ERP platform as the vehicle to drive change.
Responsibilities:
· Support the BPR programme with the implementation of the agreed people and organisational plan
· Provide the necessary HR expertise to support and drive the implementation
· Lead on all change impact analysis required by site, aligned to the BPR deployment plan
· Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills, an ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders will be key
· Work with the Group, Divisional, Regional and local teams to ensure that the organisational and people plan is appropriate for each function and location
· Partner with the local country HR teams to work on practical and HR legally compliant solutions to deliver the people plan, ensuring minimisation of risk to industrial relations or engagement locally
· Support the other project and business teams in all related projects
· Work with the Communication team to identify and implement suitable communication strategies to support the people plan
Skills and Experience:
· A background in HR/change management in an international business environment
· Experience in leading and managing change in a highly complex environment
· Experience of working across different regional territories is critical, and a proven track record of leading change across a large complex geographical region is essential
· High intellect, commercial savvy, high energy and resilience
· Strong communication and influencing skills with the energy to drive culture change
· The ability to build and develop excellent stakeholder relationships
· Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal sensitively with a wide range of people
· Project management and excellent organisation skills to oversee regional and global change programmes and plans
· Experience in implementing ERP systems within a global organisation previously (desirable)
· CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
· A formal change management qualification (desirable)
· MBA / HR Masters (desirable)
