HR Shared Services Manager – Buckinghamshire -£60k

The HR Shared Service Manager will lead a large team to deliver HR administration tasks ensuring an outstanding employee and line management experience.

This HR Shared Service Manager role requires someone who possesses a breadth of HRSS experience ranging from policy development and resource planning to designing systems and processes.

The ability to manage multiple HRSS workstreams and projects that improve efficiencies and new ways of working as well as experience in harmonisation and TUPE work would also be beneficial.
  
This HR Shared Services Manager role will suit you if you are;

Experienced in managing HR Shared Services within a large commercial organisation – including teams, systems and employment legislation
Confident challenging colleagues at all levels and are able to manage conflict effectively
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously that may involve analysing large volumes of data
Resilient with the ability to deliver against demanding deadlines
CIPD qualified (ideally at Level 7) Sound like you?
