Responsibilities:
Manage the HR Admin team, including setting goals, and providing continued HR support.
Provide a high-quality service to clients, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, agreeing on SLAs and KPIs to report on performance levels.
Manage continuous improvement initiatives including HRIS implementation and project work.
Monitor company policies and procedures, implementing changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Offer first line advice for line managers, including policy guidance, occupational health referrals and standard employee relations (disciplinaries, grievances etc) About you:
CIPD qualified Level 7
HR Shared service experience in a large commercial organisation
Experience implementing and developing HRIS systems.
