Are you a resourcing delivery focused Project Manager? Do you have a background in resource management, ideally in a complex, technical environment?

If so, we have a fantastic contract opportunity, based in Milton Keynes, initially for 6 months for a major rail organisation.

Focusing on the recruitment of a key volume and technical area of the business (signalling), you will be responsible for the implementation and roll out of a new but tested resource operating model. You will be project managing this roll out, managing people at the front line of resourcing and keeping a grip on governance, time lines, risks, issues, compliance and reporting for internal stakeholders.

Successful candidate will have proven project and resource management skills, ideally managing front-line resourcing staff in a complex organisational structure, focusing on delivery and governance.

This role has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company workers.
