As a HR Policy and Employee Relations Specialist you will be providing support on a global scale. You will work closely with HR Teams globally to ensure compliance and best practise. This role will be 80% consulting on the HR policies and 20% supporting with Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and update all relevant people policies to ensure they are compliant with current legislation
Manage the development of all HR policies and procedures
Advise and guide HR team members on employee relations issues
Be a source of knowledge in employee relations, employment law and policy development.
Provide support with case management, and give guidance on best practise to resolve employment issues.
Be a key contact for people projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships across the whole HR function and key stakeholders.
Lead on preparation for any tribunal cases as and when required
Create and deliver briefings on HR polices and employment legislation/ case law to the HR team
Be a support to the company on large scale restructures and redundancy programmes
Occasional travelExperience Required:

A background in HR policies
You will need to have developed policies and procedures
Experience working for a global company
Experience working alongside key stakeholders
Good clear communication skills both written and verbal
Must be a self-starter and be proactive
