They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Delivery Manager to join People Services, starting asap until 31st July 2021 and paying £21.58ph working a 37hr week, which equates to £41,526pa. This role will work from home initially and equipment will be supplied.
The role
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Senior People Advisers, providing leadership, coaching and development to direct reports, identifying needs for training, development and service improvements to continuously improve the customer experience.
Essential Skills and Experience
An experienced People Manager and leader of a team of HR professionals able to evidence strong leadership.
CIPD qualified to at least level 5, or working towards.
Full working and up to date knowledge of Employment Law.
Be able to evidence experience in dealing with casework or working within a Business Partnering role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, use of plain English to explain policies and processes and to write clearly, succinctly and correctly.
Be able to evidence a positive approach to customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in order to build strong relationships.
