Our client is looking to recruit an HR Operations Administrator for their team, this is a fantastic opportunity, for someone who has been working in a similar role, and is looking to move to gain development with a company that can offer career progression
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To provide end-to-end, customer focussed HR administrative support to all employees and managers, which includes Reward and Benefits administration.
JOB PROFILE:
• Act as the first point of contact for all routine questions relating to employee HR, absence, payroll and benefits matters. Direct them accordingly and ensuring follow-up action is taken to close them out.
• Provision of accurate first line advice in relation to employment policies and benefits to managers and employees at all levels, escalating as appropriate to Heads of Depts., Senior HRBPs, HRBPs, Reward, Payroll, ADP.
• Preparation of documentation and correspondence associated with new starters, leavers and other staff changes, including employment contracts.
• To process the payroll changes for all employees on a monthly basis covering areas such as; starters, leavers, contract variations, pension amendments, salary sacrifice, voluntary deductions.
• Production and distribution of payslips
• Act as the first point of contact for maternity and paternity requests and the forwarding of the relevant documentation to their portal.
• Provision of excellent customer service, ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
• Ensuring integrity and accuracy of employee data through maintenance and updating of record systems.
• Assistance with HR related annual events including Salary Review and Bonus.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Responsibility for the maintenance of the HR Operations Manual/procedures file.
• Organising and distributing of incoming mail.
• General administrative support to the wider HR Team as required.
• Any other ad hoc duties
